Rose Hip
The rose hip, also called rose haw or rose hep, is the accessory fruit of the rose plant. It is usually red to orange, though some species range from dark purple to black. It starts forming once the flowers are successfully pollinated in spring or early summer and ripens from late summer into autumn.
