Ocorre quando o estômago fica 90% cheio. Tem os seguintes sintomas: fadiga, estômago cheio e arrotos. Quando o estômago fica 120% cheio, ocorre a ruptura estomacal e o prisioneiro morre. Tratamento: vomitar e parar de comer.
