Traps/Bombs
Protect your goods.
All that hard-earned loot needs to be protected. The best way to do that is by using some lethal (or non-lethal) measures in the way of traps and bombs!
Lethal vs Non-Lethal
The various explosives and traps will probably do the best job of clearing pesky intruders, but sometimes incapacitating someone or just getting information about the enemy's position is useful as well. Some of the non-lethal options are: CARTRIDGE TRAP, FIREWORKS TRAP, FLARE TRAP, SILENT TRAP. The lethal options are quite extensive: MINES, PROM TRAP, PRESSURE COOKER BOMB, PIPE BOMB, CLAYMORES, STAKE PIT TRAP, BARBED SPIKE TRAP.
Traps, Bombs and Flags
All bombs and traps (with the exception of the Barbed Spike Trap) can be placed outside of your flag's range. When a bomb or trap is armed outside of the flag's range, anyone (including yourself) can trigger it. If a trap/bomb is placed inside a flag's range, neither the player nor any of his squadmates will trigger it.
