9x39mm AP Crafted Ammo
It takes the Russian 7.62×39 mm round as its starting point but widens the neck so it can hold a 9mm (.356 caliber) bullet. The goal was a subsonic cartridge for the suppressed weapons of special forces units, offering greater power, range and penetration than pistol rounds and some rifle cartridges. This is an Armor Piercing version. Used in: AS Val, VSS, and Improvised Rifle.
